Losing weight, breaking past weight stalls and keeping it off is hard. We've all been there. BUT there is a way to achieve a lifestyle of diet and freedom. 

As a registered dietitian and fitness specialist, I'm 20 years into recovery for my own food and body relationship struggles and I have since taught women how to heal from their own relationship with food and body shame. 

Join me, Cynthia Ray, dietitian and fitness specialist for this fun-filled challenge as you watch your body transform into the firm and youthful body you have been longing to get back.
