Hi, I’m Cynthia Ray—a registered dietitian, fitness specialist, and author passionate about helping women and men over 40 heal gut health issues, balance hormones, and breakthrough metabolic slowing to finally lose stubborn weight. I am a mother, wife, and homeschooling mom of 3 for the past 19 years and counting, with one in college.
I have a never-ending passion for learning and educating. I love learning and living life with my kids as they grow.
My husband and I have known each other since high school and married for 24 years.
We love traveling and spending time laughing and bonding together. I love all things arts and music and especially a good cup of handcrafted coffee or tea.
We are Southern California natives(Los Angeles area) who moved to Couer D'Alene ID in 2019 and are blessed to spend our Winter and Spring in Juno Beach (Palm Beach County).

Cynthia graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a bachelors degree in nutritional science. Following the completion of her bachelors degree she continued to receive her masters in Public Health, Health Education at California Sate University, Northridge where she also completed her dietetic internship within the college of Family and Consumer Sciences. She is also certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Health Fitness Specialist and Nutrition and Fitness Specialist. Cynthia is also an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer.
